How We Measure Success
Ireland Costello PC is a firm located out in the country between Banks and Forest Grove, and we are different then a lot of firms. Primarily, the way we measure success is different then many firms found elsewhere. We do not measure success on the height of the building we have or what floor we look out onto. We do not measure success in the amount of dollars we have in our bank accounts at the end of the year nor by how much money we can extract from your cases, and in the end your pocket. We also do not measure success by our client list. You will not find us bragging that we represent Chevrolet, GM, or Ford.
Ireland Costello PC measures success by the people that we serve and the end result we provide our client. We measure success by how we practice and we look at our practice of law as an opportunity to serve other people. That service comes with a certain level of treatment that we exercise and measure for everyone of our clients. It is the respect we have for our clients, the diligence that is taken on each case, and how zealously we look after our clients interest. It is more important to us to treat our clients with respect, professionalism and courtesy, then it is to max our own fee out of their pocket. Ireland Costello PC measures success by how our clients feel at the end of the case and whether our client’s goals were met. The level of satisfaction our clients have when they leave our firm determines our success.
